Muzzumil Ruheel is a visual artist whose work intricately blends fiction with reality through insightful observation and narrative exploration. With a practice deeply rooted in examining history, culture, and identity, Muzzumil employs art as a dynamic medium to question and redefine conventional narratives. His creations are known for posing profound questions, analyzing complex themes, and engaging with diverse subjects, including history, literature, language, cultural norms, faith, memories, and philosophy.

Muzzumil is based in Karachi. He was born in Lahore in 1985 and is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Beacon House National University (BNU) 2009. He has been part of the faculty at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture (Karachi), the School of Visual Arts, Beacon House National University (Lahore) and the Visual Studies Department at the Karachi University. Muzzumil has had exhibitions nationally and internationally. His work is part of important public and private collections.
