Projects- this section have been developed over time across different contexts, including residencies, site-specific projects, commissions, and independent explorations within my practice. While each project responds to a different environment and situation, they are all connected through a shared way of working that begins with observation, research, collection, and engagement with the surrounding space and community.
These works are often shaped by the environments in which they are produced, and each project becomes a way of understanding a place through its materials, objects, people, and systems of production. Moving between studio work, field research, and site-specific installation, my practice explores how context influences the way we see, understand, and assign value to objects and images.
This section brings together these projects as part of an ongoing artistic practice and research process, where each work becomes a response to a particular place, time, and set of conditions, while also contributing to a larger investigation into context, material culture, and perception.
